We run floor runners and door-jamb pads on every house job, shrink-wrap the soft pieces, and break down bed frames, sectionals, and table bases so nothing gets forced through a frame. On humid First Coast days that wrap also keeps moisture off wood and upholstery.
Older homes and gated communities
The narrow staircases in Riverside and Avondale bungalows and the tight squares of San Marco need movers who’ve done them before — we walk the path first and pad the corners rather than power through. Out in Ponte Vedra and Nocatee, gated St. Johns neighborhoods mean gate passes and HOA notice, which we sort ahead of the date so the truck isn’t stuck at the kiosk.
