A quote from E&E is a real number, not a teaser rate that doubles on moving day. Florida requires a written estimate before the work starts, and we take that seriously — you’ll have your flat price in hand, on paper, before you ever commit. No mystery fuel charges, no surprise stair fees, no “the truck was bigger than we thought” at the curb.
How We Build Your Number
Two ways to get there. The fast one: walk us through your place on a quick video call, room by room, and Marcus or Eli sizes it up live. The other: send photos or just list the rooms and the heavy pieces. Either way we’ll have a written estimate back to you the same day, with the flat price spelled out and the released-value coverage noted right on it.
Locking the Date
Once the number looks right, a $140 deposit holds your spot on the calendar, and that $140 comes straight off your final total — it’s not an extra fee, it’s the first piece of the move you’ve already paid. After that the price is the price. The only way it changes is if you change it — add a stop, drop a couple of rooms, or move the date — and even then we’ll re-quote in writing first.
